I've had a excellent experience with this app until last month, its been glitching. I can't redeem my points or anything. it won't even open after uninstalling and reinstalling. unsure of how to fix this. it's been a month since this review and I am still experiencing the same issue, called the call centre. I've updated my phone software as well as the app, the screen is just blank. I can't redeem anything.

Waiter created account for me and I received a number. Installed the app. Number is nowhere to be written in that app. Tried making and account, it doesn't allow as my email was already in use (maybe some old account in another country) and no possibility of resetting the password or anything. Tried contacting customer care, they said "delete the app and try again).

I made a purchase on one of the stores associated with Aura, my Aura account was linked but Aura said I don't have any transactions so I didn't get any points from that purchase. EDIT: It happened to me more than once, and I'm sure it will keep happening. There's always an issue whenever I want to pay, they always ask for my details more than once. Sometimes I'm on the system, sometimes I'm not.
